I just came across your comment at S.J. (Sim...P.A.,
I just came across your comment at S.J. (Simple Justice) & decided to check out your blawg. BTW, I couldn't have said it any better.

This Post (The Purpose and Being of Law) is one of the best I've read in along time. I personally believe that they (our leaders) stopped reading & living the constitution back around 1984. If nothing else they sure as hell weren't utilizing it in Harris County, Texas.

Come to think about it, they are not going by it as of today. I was born & raised here only to become one of the State's victims. As a 'victim of the system' and subsequently re-victimized by two back to back denials for a Full Pardon for innocence, I decide to forego seeking a pardon & create a project.

Basically one that names names and cheats the State of Texas out of keeping me quiet. Then I decided to allow others to yell with me from the rooftops. Instead of using my time & energy on a third application, I've opted to let the world in on the State's obvious & blatant disregard for the constitution (from the moment of the false arrest through the denial.)

Please consider checking out PNG when your not knee deep in a case. Until then, blawg on & we'll follow. Thanks.

*I love the idea of teaching/learning the constitution while in school vs. being ignorant of it and becoming a victim of the system. The Teamhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14001766406203464733noreply@blogger.com
